If you have not received them please:
- Check your email on your membership record - is this the same as the email account you expect your mail to go to?
- Check your spam folder - check in the browser version too as this filters the mail before it gets to your phone / device ... for the next spam check
- If you still cannot find it, or have now updated your membership email, get in touch with LS Chair so the email can be re-sent - but do not leave it until last minute as we cannot hold up the AGM
Time: 12 noon
Venue: Online meeting – details will be sent to everyone who registers. The deadline deadline for registering to vote is 12 noon on Thursday 25th March 2021. If you register after the deadline, you will be welcome to attend the AGM, but you will not be able to vote.
Voting & Membership

Each Life, Adult and Student member (aka Individual Member) shall be entitled to one vote

Each School Member (aka Group Member) shall be entitled to one vote for every hundred pupils at their establishment playing field lacrosse

Each Club Member (aka Group Member) shall be entitled to one vote for every five registered members of their club, as at the date on which notice of the General Meeting is given i.e. 9th March 2021.
Only members can vote, so please ensure that you have paid the relevant membership fee.
Please register your attendance by clicking the REGISTER button (above left) or register your apologies using the links provided. We also need to know who is carrying the group votes for their club. If you are unable to attend and want to use your proxy vote, please complete and return the proxy form by 12 noon on Thursday 25th March 2021.
